A City Livery Club Reciprocal Club
Occupying an unrivalled position with a riverside lawn sweeping down to the Thames embankment in Putney, the Winchester House Club is a traditional and thriving private members club offering a range of facilities within a serene setting.
Reciprocal members should record their own details and details of any guests in the visitors’ book. The names of all guests, to include children, must be entered into the visitors’ book and the host member (or reciprocal member) remains responsible for their guests whilst they are on club premises.
The Club does not provide accomodation.
The Club is open to members and guests seven days a week except during the Christmas period. Mondays to Fridays, the bar opens at 5.30pm until 10.00pm (last orders 9:30pm). Saturdays, the bar opens at 12.30pm, and closes at 10.00pm (last orders 9:30pm). The Bistro is open on Thursday-Friday: 6.00pm-9.30pm and on Saturday: 12.30pm-9.30pm.
The dress code is smart casual with no dirty clothing or any form of dress that may cause offence.
No business may be conducted in the bar and and neither may overcoats be worn there.
Mobile phones may not be used for telephone conversations in the bar or snooker room and if used for texting etc they must be set on silent mode. Any use of a phone for a conversation anywhere else in the Club must not disturb other members or guests.
