The Bar & Clubroom

The Bar and Clubroom is a well-loved meeting point, and is frequented by City Livery Club Members from far and wide. It’s a place to meet friends, have a light lunch, a drink, or just spend time quietly by the Thames.

Bar Hours

When the Club is open, the Bar is open to Members and guests from 11.00 am until closing time.

Club Hours

The Club is open on weekdays:

Monday – 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Tuesday – 9.00am to 11.00 pm*

Wednesday – 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Thursday – 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Friday – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

The Club is closed at weekends, Bank Holidays, over Christmas and New Year, and during part of August each year.

Members’ Access Cards give them 24-hour access to the parts of the Club that are open, including the Cabins, which are available to book all week.

*Little Ship Club extend a warm invitation to CLC Members to join their regular Tuesday Club Nights.

Clerk’s Office

The Clerk’s Office is usually open Monday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. It is best to make an appointment to ensure the Clerk is available.
