Meetings are held several times each year with the Annual General Meeting being held in March usually at different venues, for example in 2007 it was at Queens Club and the 2008 venue has yet to be confirmed. A Christmas or end of Year Luncheon is also arranged.
Matches are held against various Tennis Clubs which include the Lords and Commons, City University, City of London Freeman’s School, RAC Club, Phyllis Court and various venues chosen by the Captain for the year.
The Tennis Section is an affiliated member of the Lawn Tennis Association which enables tickets for Wimbledon to be purchased.
New members are always welcome – you do not have to be a tennis player- just come and cheer the players and enjoy the Social Events.
