The Club’s Discussion Group was re-launched in January 2007 with a Presentation on The Royal Navy by Rear Admiral Alan Massey. Other Discussion Group speakers since have included Past Lord Mayor and Alderman Sir Michael Savory on ‘Embedding the Enterprise Culture in the Next Generation ‘, Past Sheriff Geoffrey Bond on ‘The Cultural Economy ‘ and Wing Commander Edna Partridge , Clerk of the Greater London Lieutenancy on the work of the Greater London Lieutenancy.
There will be 6 Discussion Group meetings in the year with prominent guest speakers and on topics of interest to members.
These will be held in the Library/Reading Room of the Club and will take place from 6pm to 8.30pm including drinks and canapés following the formal presentation.
